Heart Crochet Pattern

So I was looking for a basic heart pattern and couldn't find one I liked big enough for what I needed to do.  I did like the look from the one on crochetleaf.com so I modified that basic design to make it a bit bigger.

Materials:
H hook
Worsted Weight Yarn
Scissors
Tapestry Needle for sewing in ends

Stitches used:
Magic Ring
SL ST (Slip Stitch)
HDC (Half Double Crochet)
DC (Double Crochet)
TRC (Triple Crochet)

Start with a Magic Ring

Round 1: in Magic Ring chain 2 (does not count as stitch) 7 DC into ring, SL ST into first DC (7 SC)
Round 2: chain 2, (does not count as stitch) 2 DC into same stitch, 2DC in each of the next 3 stitches (8 total DC so far), 3 DC in next stitch, 2 DC in remaining 4 stitches, SL ST (15 DC total)
Round 3: Chain 2, 1 DC in same stitch, 4 TRC in next stitch, 2 DC in next stitch, HDC in next 4 stitches, in the next stitch 1 DC, 1 TRC, 1 DC (bottom point of heart), HDC in next 4 stitches, 2 DC in next stitch, 4 TRC in next stitch, 1 DC in last stitch, chain 2 and SL ST in same stitch.  cut yarn and finish off.

the original pattern can be found here.  http://www.crochetleaf.com/basic-crochet-heart.html  I changed the middle to make it bigger for the project I was working on.
